The Chief Operating Officer (COO) supports the work of the company’s President focusing on the day-to day operations of the company. This role collaborates with the President to develop corporate and operational strategies, and is charged with facilitating these efforts across the Operation. The COO is responsible for leading all hands-on operational and Human Resources aspects of the company. Primary responsibility is to enhance the operational and human resources systems, processes and infrastructure in a manner that will allow Keystone Environmental to continue to grow and fulfill its vision.

Developing and administering a broad range of the organization’s human resources / operations programs and policies with the objective of creating and maintaining a high engagement/high performance culture.

Responsible for managing and leading the Human Resources/Labour Relations department of the BC Region which consisted of multiple businesses and locations and up to 400 union and non-union employees.

Lead the Human Resources function at the Burnaby BC location, responsible for all aspects of HR & People management.

Working with clients to maximize the contribution of their people at work.
