I am certified by the Society of Wetland Scientists as a Professional Wetland Scientist, by NCDWR for stream identification, NCSAM and NCWAM. I have more than 16 years of professional experience in a variety of natural resource studies including: wetland and stream jurisdictional delineation, wetland and stream restoration and monitoring, protected species surveying, water quality sampling, NEPA analyses and documentation, wildlife passageway/habitat corridor planning, and Federal and state permitting. I have experience working with municipal, county, and state regulatory and permitting requirements in addition to the Federal regulatory requirements of the Clean Water Act and the Endangered Species Act. I have regional experience working in NC, VT, WV, SC, VA, TN, CO, AL, AR, and LA for a variety of projects including habitat restoration and conservation, transportation, high voltage transmission lines, site development, and other infrastructure.Skill sets include:Wetland and stream jurisdictional delineations, and 404/401 permit applications; Wetland and stream restoration, construction oversight, and monitoring; Protected species surveys and agency coordination; Invasive species inventories, management, control, and monitoring; Water quality sampling; Wildlife passageway and highway corridor planning; NEPA analyses and documentation; and GIS analysis and graphics production.
