Mineral Resources is a leading Australian based diversified mining service, contracting, processing and commodities production company. The company has a portfolio of market leading brands including PIHA, Crushing Services International, Process Minerals International, Polaris Metals and Mesa Minerals.Specifically, Mineral Resources has operations in build, own and operate crushing, screening, processing and materials handling, general mine infrastructure, bulk iron ore and manganese commodities production and export and polyethylene pipeline fabrication, pipe lining, pipe fittings manufacture and pipeline installation.

NEMMS/WPH JV is a 50/50 indigenous Joint venture with the Nyiyaparli traditional owners, providing contract mining, crushing, bulk earthworks, mine rehabilitation and plant hire in the Pilbara.The JV is currently operating two large iron ore crushing campaigns at Solomon and Cloudbreak Mines producing >1mt of iron ore per month.

Lund Construction wholey owned by Akron Roads (Vic) constructed residential and commercial sub divisions, bridges, seawalls, marina's, marine developments and all aspects of civil construction projects across Qld and NSW.Reporting directly to the Akron Board.Responsibilities included Business development and tendering, QA/HSE, cash flow management and accounting, HR, payroll, board reporting, IT and systems, asset management and capex, maintenance management, cost to complete and budgeting.

Working with Crewesharp Management consultants to restructure and improve the business. Responsible for all Mining & Civil Construction Projects across Qld, NSW, Vic and WA. Multiple resource streams, primarily coal in the capacity of statatory mine operator and contractor through NSW and Qld, secondarily in hard rock in WA in gold, copper, lithium and tantalum. Responsible for all aspects of operations, P&L, plant and equipment, maintenance, safety, training, business development.During this period I acted as Mine Manager and SSE at several projects across several coal mines in Qld and NSW.

Overall management of the group, including Plant Hire, Haulage & Heavy Haulage. Development of business improvement initiatives, Assest Management and maintenance management systems, and risk management. Acquistion and disposal of plant and equipment. Implementation of Haulage of Qld Transport Mass management and maintenance management best practices.

Manage the Construction of 2500 acres of Cotton infrastructure from virgin land to production of 1st cotton crop Chain pulling and clearing, stick raking, land leveling, excavation of channels, 10,000meg storages, pump stations and 1200mm pipelines, all electrical and control telemetry. Maintenance of all equipment. Survey control.

Reponsible for acquisition and disposal of equipment. Operations and Maintenance of mobile equipment and fixed/ crushing plants across North Queensland.

Developed my own business repairing earthmoving equipment and Plant Hire. Earthmoving equipment, fixed quarry plant (Crushing and Screening), Sand processing equipment, bitumen/Asphalt plants and application equipment, general engineering and machining, fabrication and boilermaking. North Queensland maintenance contract for Kato excavators.

Heavy Equipment fitter apprenticeship maintaining mobile earthmoving equipment, road trucks and trailers, concrete plants, crushing and screening equipment in Quarry application, Bitumen and Asphalt plant and mobile application equipment. Operating plant and equipment as required.
