Currently in support of Environmental Protection Agency Region III contract servicing Ft. Meade, MD, Annapolis (Chesapeake Bay Program Office) and Wheeling, WVA Field Offices. Responsible for moves, ads, changes, troubleshooting and cabling infrastructureAdministrator of Avaya VOIP and modular messaging for the Wheeling WVA, Annapolis and Ft. Meade officesManaged NEC 2400 IMX and ICS maintenance and repair to include ads, moves, and changes.Perform Cable and Plant maintenance.Responsible for video conferencing set-up and administration using Tanberg Units.Instrumental in the development of VOIP solutions for future implementation to EPA network.Conduct administration and troubleshooting of VBrick system for desktop video

Install central office and supporting equipment according to plans and engineering drawings.Maintain equipment and analyze operational malfunctions using test equipment such as a T-Bird ISDN tester, SS7, oscilloscope, analog/digital meter and test sets to diagnose nature of defect and make necessary repairs.Examine mechanism/equipment and disassemble components to replace, clean, adjust or repair parts, wires, switches, relays, circuits, or signaling units.Operate and test equipment to ensure elimination of malfunctions.Assist Translations Manager in daily 5ESS software analysis and problem resolution associated with lines, trunks, ports, stations, and ISDN equipment.Assist NOC Manager in daily 5ESS software/hardware analysis and problem resolution.Assist Carrier Manager in daily DACS, SLS-200, MSDT and Network/Facility analysis and problem resolution.
