• Manage Continuous Improvement team responsible for implementing process improvement activities in production. I have led my team in implementing critical training for Domestic and International service technicians.• Developed and 8D and 5-why program for root cause analysis of Micromeritics Operations and Supplier Quality. This tool I developed gives a structure to identify root causes and countermeasure implantation. My process has been implemented company wide.• Developed Risk Assessment of all Departments for ISO clause 6 requirement. Working with department Managers, I developed the matrix which identified and scored each risk.• Manage a weekly trend analysis study group with managers to identify nonconformance issues with internally produced and purchased parts.

In the 21 years with this company, I have focused on all areas of Quality. This is to include Continuous Improvement, Supplier Quality, New Model activities. I also worked with our customers on factory and warranty related issues. I was the company's Management Representative for ISO-2015/IATF-16949. One of my strengths is electronic circuit analysis, in which I have also worked as a Senior Quality technician.
