It's always been my pleasure to serve as a catalyst for corporate prosperity. During my tenure at The Intelitech Group, I had the privilege of mentoring clients on professional and effective consumer engagement strategies. In addition, I was involved in pioneering, architecting, and introducing a collection business analytics system that has been transformative within the industry.However, what truly ignited my passion is the rewarding work I did with Columbia Ultimate. For seven productive years, I collaborated with them to introduce an array of products and services that aligned perfectly with market demands. Some of these milestones include:• Collector Express: An affordable and comprehensive collection solution, meticulously designed to cater to the needs of smaller or start-up agencies.• Collector Logic: A mid-market offering, furnishing integrated business analytics which greatly improved efficiency.• Ajility: A new technologically driven collection solution rooted in Java/SQL.During my stay there, I was proud to have facilitated the onboarding of over 220 clients along with assisting in the creation of the client service center. I also shared my insights at several ACA International sponsored events and conventions. Further, my past roles as Chair of the Affiliate Member committee, ACA online committee member, and contributor in the research task force have added immense value to my career. Throughout these commitments, I've endeavored to share my expertise through numerous seminars, establishing myself as a well-versed industry trainer.
