Train, Advise, Assist, and Mentor (TAAM) the G4, G4 Section, and the PBO Section of the Special Operation Brigade (SOB), the Brigade Support Kandak (BSK), subordinate Special Operation Kandaks (SOKs), Cobra/Mobile Strike Kandaks (C/MSKs), and any other SOF entity in (Afghan) battlespace in logistical planning and mission support, supply and services, Core Information Management System-Enterprise Edition (CoreIMS-EE), property book actions and accountability, use of Minister of Defense Network (MODNet), the MOD 14 process ( to include emphasis on MOD 9s and 63s), equipment maintenance, and the cipher process. Ensure TAAM efforts and actions are synchronized with military mentor Lines of Efforts (LOE) and ASSF goals and objectives. Develop Programs of Instruction (POI) as required and directed to build SOB and subordinate organization capacity and capability. The SOB G4/PBO Trainer/Mentor will be prepared to provide Mobile Training Team (MTT) support, Expeditionary Train, Advice, and Assistance (ETAA), and Out of Sector (OOS) coverage to SOB missions. Provide all reports and required documentation to the PAE SOB COS Trainer/Mentor as directed. Ensure TAAM efforts and actions are synchronized with military mentor LOEs and ASSF goals and objectives. Interact with the US Special Operations element aligned to the SOB for the purpose of synchronizing and coordinating (SOB) supply and logistical actions and events. Provide MTT, ETTA, and OOS support to the SOB and subordinate SOB organizations. Develop Programs of Instruction (POI) as required and directed to build SOB and subordinate organization capacity and capability.

Determining the responsibility and the adjustment methods for lost, damaged, or destroyed equipment and administrative measures to enforce materiel accountability; assisting on property accounting requirements, accountability oversight for all property on property books, proper transfer of accountability procedures for property book items and preparing and organizing property book records/pages, and completing, processing and maintaining required forms and documents Establishing and managing inventory requirements and procedures to include monthly sensitive items, monthly (cyclic) and annual 100% inventories Providing logistics-focused presentations, assessment, reports, and other products as required to U.S. military leadership in support of the SOB and ANASOC Completing training in Core Inventory Management System Enterprise Edition (CORE IMS-EE) Reviewing and providing input into MoD Decrees as processes, procedures, and the operational environment evolves Serving in an expeditionary role and performing ETAA missions

Train the Afghan Special Mission Wing (SMW), Special Operation Advisory Team (SOAT) S3 Operations section in the employment of Rotary and Fixed Wing aircraft in support of Afghan Special Security Force during counter-terrorism, counter- insurgency, and counter- narcotics operations. Oversee mission planning and execution while helping employing the Afghan National Tracking System in the SMW SOAT Operation Center. Assist in developing operational plans with Special Police Units, Special Counter-Terrorism and Counter Narcotics Task Forces, and US Army Special Forces operating in Afghanistan. Responsible for giving guidance to the Afghan Special Mission Wing(SMW), Special Operation Advisory Team(SOAT)S3 section on how to set up and manage operation cell. Responsible for conducting classes on operations training for the Afghan Special Mission Wing (SMW), Special Operation Advisory Team (SOAT) S3 section personnel. Produced situational awareness briefings for command leadership; monitored and tracked operations throughout the Afghanistan area of operation. Supervised and managed long-range training plans for an Afghan Special Security Force Team; led and directed multiple planning efforts and resource requirements.  Provided situational awareness for personnel conducting counter-terrorism, counter-insurgency, and counter-narcotics operations thorough Afghanistan. Delivered briefings, drafted operation orders, and developed various reports for Afghan Special Security Force operations

Responsible for advising and mentoring Senior Afghanistan National Army (ANA), Afghanistan National Police (ANP), and the Afghanistan National Civil Order Police (ANCOP) Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) on the daily operations of the Forward Support Depot (FSD) warehouse and their Company Supply Operations.Responsible for conducting weekly Logistics Training classes, along with doing site visit to the different sections to make sure they are properly conducting their day-to-day operations based off the Minster of Defense (MOD) ANA Decrees or Minster of Interior (MOI) ANP Policy Letters. Responsible for giving guidance to the Regional Logistic Support Command (RLSC) Property Book Officer on how to set up and manage the property book. Schedule sensitive item, daily, monthly, cyclic and annual inventories, and how to request shortages based off of the RLSC TASHKIL using the MOD 14. Responsible for conducting COREIMS training for the 209th Afghanistan National Army and Afghanistan National Police Logistics personnel on a monthly rotation basis.

• Responsible for assisting the PM in the performance of all work under the ILSS 401st task order to include but not limited to providing the leadership and management for technical performance, financial profit/loss, human resources, and the project under the terms and conditions of a contract or assigned service/support activities. • Responsible for overall strategic and operational planning and analysis of the effort. Responsible for coordinating program management functions, generating, updating, and reporting required documentation, providing logistics support to the AFSBn, and assisting in program management oversight.• Interface with the government customer to ensure work performance satisfaction and contract compliance. • Translate and relay the PM’s goals into work assignments. Manage and supervise material retrieval; and monitor and track status of all classes of supply to include subsistence, individual equipment, fuel and other Hazardous Materials, construction materials, ammunition and explosives, heavy machinery and vehicles, medical materials, repair parts and components, and material to support non-military programs. Evaluate logistics programs and inventory to ascertain and address capabilities and limiting factors concerning Special Operations Kandak unit operations throughout Afghanistan. Provide recommendations to unit leadership on effective utilization of logistics resources, logistics polices and procedures, and estimated requirements for future missions in order to execute operations throughout Afghanistan. Use thorough knowledge of materials management; initial planning, provisioning, and acquisition processes; automated record systems; material substitution criteria; as well as storage, issue, and disposal processes. Devise and maintain a variety of records, such as stock records and automated and manual accounting records.  Inspect received inventory and verify against shipping documentation to ensure accuracy in quantity and quality.

Developed and presented comprehensive logistics and supply training program for 100+ personnel. Led classroom instruction as well as hands-on practical exercise to ensure trainees’ full grasp and ability to utilize newly acquired skills, including equipment accountability procedures, request and issuance of supplies, and turn-in processes. Scheduled, wrote, and properly filed a variety of reports regarding trainee progress, recommendations on changes to subsequent curricula, and other matters. Hand-selected to serve as Combat Supply Service Battalion Supply Manager out of five logistics specialists as a result of robust subject-matter expertise and honed training acumen. Awarded cash bonus as a result of superior customer service and logistics training to military, civilian, and contractor personnel in order to effectively execute logistics operations in complex operating environments.

Oversaw aggressive Command Supply Discipline Program consisting of $25.6M worth of equipment, vehicles, and other assets in support of six Active Duty units and four Reserve Component units geographically dispersed throughout U.S. and overseas locations. Coordinated on daily basis with operations, maintenance, transportation, and other units to fulfill customer requests for equipment and supplies. Monitored and utilized systems such as Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) and SSN-LIN Automated Management and Integrating System (SLAMIS) to scrutinize timeliness of supply movement, to control inventory, and to produce a wide range of reports. Awarded Distinguished Order of Saint Martin as a result of superior contributions in logistics and supply.
