Expedite China+1 strategy, enable overseas operation sites to face the continuous challenge of geopolitics and economics3. Define Peerless BU business strategy, product strategy and manufacturing strategy in future 5~10 years4. Pursue not only consumer and professional business but also automotives 5. Re-define BU targeting product categories and services, develop product line-up and roadmap for each category 6. Keep manufacturing strategy in optimizing manufacturing platform and deploying to the other overseas operation sites to shorten the learning curve and mitigate the culture impact for rapid regionalization and globalization
