Vestel focus on Design, Manufacturing of Electronic Appliances and Home Appliances, such as TV, Tablet, Smartphone, LED lighting, Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Air Conditioner, Dish Washer, etc. Responsibility 1: Mechanical Component and Mold Sourcing· Responsible for mechanical component & prototype & tooling & equipment sourcing activity in Vestel for Electronic Appliances and Home Appliances, have rich experience on mechanical component manufacturing and surface treatment, such as stamping, punching, diecasting, CNC, injection, anodizing, plating, painting, powder coating, silk-print, E-coating, etc.· Responsible for AVL approval, join qualification, commercial negotiation and supplier selection.· Create and execute sourcing plan, leading to continuous improvement in quality, cost, service and supplier database· Supply chain risk management on relationship, critical material, capability, capacity, single source· Work closely with R&D team for new project on technical feasibility study, cost evaluation and alternative supplier definition.· Work closely with engineer team to drive supplier improve quality, technology, lead time and capacity· Support to annual cost reduction, favorable payment negotiation.Responsibility 2: Finished Goods Sourcing for Consumer Electronics, IoT and Smart Home· Work closely with product manager and marketing manager to define the product category and performance · Leading the RFI, RFQ and supplier selection, including price and contract negotiation· Manage overall supplier performance including price, quality, capacity, lead time and service· Coordinate with Product Management teams to place PO early to support launch· Tracing the hot sales product in the market and benchmark to the major player.

Its service offering covers the whole product life-cycle from concepting, and designing to tooling, manufacturing, assembly, and testing.R&D Engineer：• Have rich experience on aluminum alloy manufacturing and post process, such as stamping, forging, extrusion, aluminum die-casting, brushing, sandblasting, anodizing, laser marking, laser welding, e-coating, etc. Also Familiar with PVD, painting;• Have rich knowledge on aluminum anodizing theory, familiar with various defects occur in anodizing process;• Conduct RD project development :including concept creation, feasibility study, cost estimate SWOT analysis ,schedule control ,milestone control ,technology risk register ,action tracker ,patent map analysis;• Drive new material development/verification: provide technology support to fulfil customer requirement, or potential marketing requirement: - New type of aluminum application: decoration performance, yield, fabricate difficulty, reliable test, e.g .Such as 7xxx aluminum application on smartphone; - New type of resin application: focus on seeking NMT (nano molding technology) resin, including bonding force test, molding test, anodizing performance, e.g;• NMT technology development ,enlarge the NMT application range, that is suitable to different metal category;• Expand NMT database, improve the bonding force between the metal and resin• Technology support for supplier audit: qualify supplier manufacture process, drive the root causes analysis and solution with engineering team when issues occur;• Working with supplier to drive new material verification, to find new solution for VMIM project • Combine supplier new process /technology into database or the developing program ; • Provide technology support to operation;• Optimize the internal process to save the cost or improve the quality.

012.7~2013.4 :Project Engineer:• Responsible for new product prototype development, approval and manufacture process Design.• In charge of new product from proofing to mass production ,including raw materials, process, jigs and fixtures, equipment preparation, record or summary for new products to follow up and resolve issues appeared in the process of product development, and formulate rectification plan and work with engineering manager to verify and implement.• Detailed record of each step alteration and process parameters ,so can be traced, result can be reproducible.• Follow up the project schedule and coordinate the resources to ensure the schedule completed on time.• Participate in the design of DOE experiments to improve the issue or efficiency.
