A painstaking and a cooperative personality trait are how I act as a professional person.For the previous job, I was a quality manager at the most popular Taiwanese textile company, and responsible for developing new products with Apple. As an Apple quality team leader, I had to control the whole process from IQC to OQC, and flexible using quality tool and SAS JMP to analyze the product issue to find a solution. In addition, I also communicated with Apple engineers to support them for completing DOEs and manufacturing control in order to meet the product spec. Also, I had gained a lot of negotiation experience with famous electronic company, such as SEPG, ICT, Swiftronic, Longwell and Cosmo. Furthermore, there were 8 projects I was dealing with, and 5 projects were in MP stage, and 3 projects were now available in Apple store. The all MP projects had earned huge net profits which is approximately 30 million RMB.Currently, I am a development manager at the shoe making company which is adidas's top three nominated supplier, and responsible for innovation and research project. The main duty is introducing the new machine in order to improve the capacity to achieve high efficiency and decreasing manufacturing cost such as labor and raw material cost. Moreover, I have to communicate with adidas and machine's supplier for operating machine correctly to make sure we can find out the best machine's factor for satisfying customer's yield rate. The trial round will be completed and transfer to mass production shortly and the expected saving cost will be around 15 million RMB per year.I have equipped powerful coordination skill and negotiation ability both in sales and quality.
