Continuously increasing my capability as an effective technician. I am currently involved in training to improve my troubleshooting skills on controls, hydraulics and current drive systems used on plastic injection machines. My goal is to become an effective member of our service team with the skills and experience to efficiently perform repairs on all injection and auxiliary equipment .

Maintenance Manager with proven team building ability and drive to complete tasks. My responsibility involves all categories of maintenance but also the entire production floor as needed. I believe in the use of data when making decisions and approach improvement initiatives with a Six Sigma thought process to ensure sustainable results.

Responsible for 9 industrial mechanics, 4 group leaders and and 12 temporary agency employees in an extrusion blow molding department. As a team we have successfully implemented a 5s program and completed several labor efficency and material variance initiatives resulting in increased productivity and scrap reduction. Additional duties include schedule attainment, writing of SOP's, machine maintenance and staffing of a 24/7 blow molding operation.

Responsible for overseeing 30+ employees on an aerospace valve assembly line. Completed projects improving TAKT time and first pass yield. Worked closely with engineering to establish work instructions and new product launches for a hihhly skilles assembly and test line. I also worked with the machine shop to coordinate production and meet production requirements.I was involved in the startup of production in Batam Indonesia and Tijuana Mexico, traveling to both for line setup and training. My other responsibilities while employed by Eaton include; CNC machine setup and production GD&T, SPC and customer communication.

My responsibilities included troubleshooting and repair of machinery used In the production of blood pressure cuffs. Workes with engineering and tool room to make improvements in design and operation of proprietary manufacturing equipment.
