Brewer
Current- Brewer with a wide variety of roles within the company:
- Worked at company since 35 bbl brewery became operational. During this time, I helped develop cellar processes and formulated SOP’s for cellars and brewhouse.
- Brewing on 1 bbl SS Brewtech pilot system, 7 bbl brewhouse at original Lawson’s brewery in Warren, VT, and 35 bbl GEA craftstar Brewhouse.
- Recipe development and brewing on 1 bbl and 7 bbl systems
- Cellar operations including, but not limited to, Beer transferring using GEA centrifuge and GEA pinpoint carbonator, dry hopping, yeast pitching and cropping, fermenter CIP, and barrel aging projects, gravity and pH.
- Warehouse duties including inventory management, utilizing forklift to receive raw materials, warehouse organization.
