I grew up in a small family business environment, the originator of our family entrepreneurial journey was my grandfather Milos Pena. He started a private business of transporting goods by truck when it was very unpopular and even dangerous, in the communist regime of SFRY. With great difficulty, his business grew and developed. At one point it was taken over by my father. I have known since I was a child how beautiful and challenging the business of entrepreneurship is. I helped as much as I could, every day I learned more and more from my grandfather and father, together with my brother. When I grew up, I decided to take a different path so I enrolled in environmental studies. I participated in many actions and was a part of various projects related to environmental protection. During my studies, I realized that my brother and I can turn the family transportation business into a greener business, and at the same time help people. Thus, the idea for CProject was born. Today, the two of us do not have trucks, but we help people who do with dispatch and other logistics services! By helping everyone involved we keep the family legacy alive, making our grandfather proud!The best businesses are really ones that can combine passion, profits, and purpose.
