The National Association of Credit Union Service Organizations (NACUSO) was formed in 1984 to help credit unions explore the use of CUSOs and the delivery of non-traditional products and services. Over the years, NACUSO’s focus has evolved to helping credit unions form multi-owned CUSOs and participate in collaboration and the cooperative business model. (Chairman 2019-2022)

Painted Hills provides electronic loan syndication services to credit unions and facilitates partnerships with innovative financial technology companies that help create and automate the lending process.

NACUSO Business Services is the profit generating subsidiary of NACUSO. It was formed in 2021 for the purpose of connecting CUSOS and Credit Unions with opportunities to enhance their ability to fulfil their mission.

President / CEO of Parsons FCU. Parsons serves the employees and family members of Parsons Corporation and its affiliates as well as Worley Parsons. Parsons FCU recently celebrated its 45th Anniversary.

Perform business reviews on behalf of Credit Unions. Analyze and provide recommendations for various business investments as well as business divestitures. Assist Credit Unions in the development of non-core revenue companies.

President of the Allegacy Business Solutions Group. Allegacy Business Solutions was comprised of all of the subsidiary companies and business lending area of Allegacy FCU. Allegacy Business Solutions included the holding company, Allegacy Services, LLC. Allegacy Services is a multi-business lines holding company that included; JBA Benefits, LLC, Co-Operative Payroll, LLC, Allegacy Realty, LLC and Advanced Fraud Solutions, LLC. Initiated and led the startups of these companies in addition to three acquisitions that formed JBA Benefits.Also responsible for the Business Lending, Business Deposit and Business Development areas of Allegacy FCU. Chairman of Business Loan Committee, Member of ALM, Pricing and Executive Committees.

Started the e-Services department which ultimately included responsibilies for website, intranet, ATM deployment / support, informational kiosks, transactional kiosks. Left position to lead Allegacy Services, LLC.

Started the Internal Audit Department. Built the department to 3 auditors, implemented various operational process improvements. Left position to start e-Services department.
