Mr. Crowley was a member of the FBI’s WMD/EOD Task Force in Connecticut and later joined the Transportation Security Administration as a Transportation Security Specialist- Explosives, where he developed and taught screening methods as they relate to the detection of improvised explosive devices. Mr. Crowley is an experienced instructor/trainer in the area of preparedness planning and response to CBRNE and other catastrophic domestic events. Mr. Crowley has worked for the State of Connecticut’s Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security where he was an instructor for preparedness planning and emergency management. In addition Mr. Crowley is a senior subject matter expert for the National Center for Security and Preparedness at SUNY Albany and was an adjunct Instructor at the Louisiana State Univ. National Center for Bio-Medical Research and Training Academy of Counter Terrorism Education. Mr. Crowley has also conducted training overseas for the U.S. State Department's Anti-Terrorism Assistance program.
