About Ray Daly

Proactive Control Cultures – my professional goal has been to create these strong and sustainable control environments. This is something I’ve been doing for over a decade.I believe in creating strong working relationships at all levels so that we can build a collective mindset, and buy in, to our control framework. Proactively tackling our risks and not solely reacting to them - the starting point is always Accountability, Frameworks and Relationships! For over a decade now I have worked to create top of class control environments with some control initiatives not only being adopted locally, but internationally across other Group entities. My work has focused on working in the 1LOD managing Business Controls teams providing Risk & Control support across Operations, with includes leading on all 2nd and 3rd line assurance reviews.Strong control environments give long term results but require long term commitment… luckily I commit to the journey, not just the end goal!
