Reported to the CEO, worked with the Founder & Chairman, Board of Directors, and was a member of the executive leadership team (ELT). Partnered with the Founder and Board on business imperatives linked to culture, compensation, HR planning, expansion, and corporate governance. Also held accountable for building and leading the People Team which included People Partners, People Operations and Centers of Expertise (CoEs) in Talent Acquisition (i.e., Recruiting), Total Rewards (i.e., compensation, benefits, & perks) People Analytics, Workplace Experience (WEx), Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), and Employee Experience (Ex) for an exempt and non-exempt workforce. Developed and executed a 3-year HR transformation strategy to support the company’s aggressive double-digit, growth targets and multi-site manufacturing operations, sales, and supply chain expansion.
