Commercial Insurance Solutions (CIS) specializes in insuring commercial real estate, more specifically multifamily properties, hotels and senior assisted living properties. Our niche is our differentiator and our clients will be happy to share examples of the value we provide. However, we feel our performance stems from our ability to view the process as a real estate owner not as an insurance underwriter. For example, we understand that a $10k savings on the expense side increases the NOI and when it is capped say at 5% then it becomes $200K in value. We work with our clients using this mentality and are constantly looking for creative alternatives to protect our clients and reduce the insurance cost.What's interesting about our business is that defining "service" all looks the same on paper amongst competitors so it’s difficult to win new business based solely on service. However, we do VERY much understand you will lose business immediately without it. That is why specializing in niche markets and having a staff that works daily with all the necessary entities of that specific segment of the industry is a huge asset to our overall product and a reason why we operate with a sense of urgency. This is in addition to our nationally accredited and endorsed Loss Control Program recognized by the IRM (Institute of Real Estate Management) that we provide as part of our service to our clients.
