As General Manager for two state region, duties included the management of 150 people in 6 locations with annual revenues in excess of $100 million as well as complete profit and loss responsibility for all facilities and markets throughout the region.

As Regional Vice President for 14 state region, I managed all sales, service, installation, administrative and customer service functions of 26 regional Sales and Service Offices as well as the management of independent distribution network which all contributed to a region with annual revenue target in excess of $170 million.
