I’m excited to have joined the White Cap team! It’s said that all good things must come to an end, but Ram Tool becoming part of the White Cap family is more a good thing becoming even better! I’m looking forward to the challenges ahead, integrating the IT systems of Ram Tool and others as we move forward to serve our customers as One Team under the White Cap banner.

Director of Information Technology, reporting to the CFO, managing day-to-day functions, staff, and strategic planning for all Information Technology activities. Responsible for all infrastructure, technical design, internal integrations, and support of core business and e-commerce systems such as SAP ERP, SAP HANA, SAP Hybris, multiple business intelligence platforms, and various ancillary and supporting applications. Further responsibility for coordination with and support of a separately-structured, top-tier SAP development and functional team. Most importantly, a facilitator of business efficiency and a proponent of the deeply-held corporate values that are key to our longevity and continued success.

Director of IT Infrastructure, reporting to the CIO and directly managing a staff of 9 while coordinating activities among the greater IT department of approximately 20 total employees. Responsible for the underlying infrastructure, technical design, and key inter-system integrations of the SAP Hybris Commerce platform consisting of four multi-tier instances hosted in-house. Further responsibilities include the design and ongoing evolution of IT systems, software, and processes in a thirty-five site wide area network spanning twelve states in the Southeast and along the East Coast.Responsible for planning of IT projects in accordance with business needs, scheduling of resources, and preparation of IT budgets. 

Further responsibility for AIX on IBM Power hardware and Red Hat Enterprise Linux + Windows Server running atop VMWare in support of business-critical SAP ERP and BW landscapes, SAP Hybris eCommerce, and dozens of second-tier applications.Additional advanced, first-hand experience with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 - 2013, Windows Server 2003 - 2012 R2, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 - 2010, Cisco routing, Cisco switching, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, and Equallogic, EMC, and IBM SAN technologies.

Responsible for the design and ongoing maintenance of a seventeen-site wide area network spanning seven states in the southeast. High-level resource for Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2007, VMWare ESX, AIX Unix, and Cisco routers, switches, & security appliances.

Manager of the IT data processing group, responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the Fiserv Summit Spectrum core processing system. Performed IT planning, budgeting, and purchasing functions.Further responsibility for the design and day to day maintenance of an eighteen-site wide area network with locations spread throughout the state of Alabama. Performed as a high-level resource for Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, VMWare ESX, Cisco routers, Juniper Netscreen firewalls, and HP-UX Unix system administration.
