Career driven individual who has spent my tenure at Southeast Milk, Inc. working on behalf of its membership. From our laboratory, into field work and currently, as the head of our Member Services department. In my previous role as the Supervisor of Member Services, I was responsible for procurement. Growing the cooperatives milk-shed is a passion of mine. 2020 and 2021 alone saw north of 400,000,000 lbs added on an annual basis. This milk was signed away from competing Cooperatives in the Southeastern U.S. as well as Independents from processors in that same footprint. I’ve also assisted in building out the Cooperatives first ever Sustainability Program - working hand and hand with a few of our Customers in the process. I’ve also helped develop our Young Farmer Leadership Conference (S.M.I.L.E) into the premier event in the Southeast and negotiated a partnership with the foremost Laboratory company in Europe and the United States, Eurofins DQCI. Last year (2021) was spent developing a partnership with ever.ag to offer our membership milk and feed hedging opportunities. I currently oversee the FARM, FARM ES and the Workforce Development Program for our Cooperative, Farm safety and our Field Service team. I represent the cooperative at Board of Manager meetings for Newtrient as well as Industry and customer meetings. I work to maintain relationships with our Membership and our Customers while actively finding ways to improve efficiencies and add value to Membership at Southeast Milk, Inc.
