Managed supply chain functions relating to demand and supply planning, supplier management, stock allocation and purchase order management for an international multi-channel distribution company that manages the “XSories” brand and the distribution of Philips Pico projectors and Z E1 cameras. Worked closely with the Supply Chain Director in France as well as internal departments to develop the production and procurement plans.

Provide direct support to offsite branch manager to sustain General Electric (GE) contract performance and growth for San Diego home delivery branch. Functional responsibilities include hiring and managing team of 30 independent contractors and 20 full-time employees and ensuring the full branch drives the top tier quality of service. Performance metrics include utilization of CEVA site classification tool and sustaining a showcase level (highest level of performance) of delivery excellence. Responsible for resolving customer-related issues, developing monthly projections, reporting, branch security, OSHA management reporting, and finances including purchasing. Work closely with corporate office to implement practices and projects effectively within the branch. Ultimately responsible for driving branch success through revenue and growth.

Contract Logistics GE- Poway for Home Delivery.Oversee all operations and responsible for LEAN implementations to current contract allowing our site to become showcase level for home delivery of appliances. Home delivery aspects include routing for entire San Diego region, scheduling of delivery and installation of appliances sold for GE contract and for all reverse logistics.

Worked with DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) to provide logistical support to the United States Navy and Department of Defense with Government Civil Service and as a government contractor.
