Using formative lectures, student reseach and presentations, review activities and cumlative testing. We covered from prehistoric times up to the modern age with considerable time focusing on a Whole World approach instread of a Eurocentric model. Eacj module had themes and students presentations were included in assessment materials.

I handled all aspects of the daily work but used the Universities standard curriculum for the classes, although I did create tests and supplementary activities for diversification and individualization as needed.

The second was an online distance learning model with time for student tutoring rather than regular lecture. Students worked through materials and submitted them online or handed in assignments personally. As above I handled all aspects of the daily work but used the Universities standard curriculum for the classes, although I did create tests and supplementary activities for diversification and individualization as needed.

Standard problems were given and turned in weekly for grading, returned and could be revised and resubmitted if needed, Weekly laboratory activities were completed in class, written up and turned in the following week.

I was hired to run the Physics and Astronomy laboratory for Brookhaven College. As I was also qualified to teach classes I also taught 3-4 adjunct classes each semester for the school as well. I managed and ordered supplies for the Lab, set up and stored lab equipment and also taught classes for Physics and Astronomy for the school. I was primarily in charge of developing the Astronomy curriculum, designing and implementing lesson plans, advising on choice of class materials and developing lab exercises for this and a variety of Physics classes, both Algebra and Calculus based. Naturally I taught, graded and worked on coordination with a variety of instructors, both campus based as well as adjunct instructors.

I was employed as a distance-learning instructor for Central Texas College's PACE (Program Afloat for Continuing Educations. As such I worked on a variety of different vessels and on a variety of bases both overseas and in America. While aboard the ship or at the bases I handled all administrative affairs for the college as well as designing, implementing and grading the various lessons. While doing so I learned how to be flexible and cooperate with US Naval personal and the demands of their mission, such as working with various scheduling issues, flexible classes and alternative assignments. I primarily taught Mathematics, History and occasionally English and oversaw the College's distant learning programs for ELL and Basic Skills Instruction.
