• Implemented over 90 state and countrywide rate revisions on time and within budget meeting state Department of Insurance mandated requirements and specifications while reducing insurance risk by approximately 10% and at the same time increasing premium by over several million dollars.• Translate policy form generation as mandated by Department of Insurance and our Legal Department.• Maintain book of business for billing and renewal notice generation – PMS mainframe.• Interpret GUI interfaces to the mainframe for new business policies and for endorsements to existing policies on the PMS book of business.• Update and maintain technical and functional documentation.• Research rate variances between quotes and in force policies.
