Project Manager
Current- Conduct on-site surveys for moving and storage projects- Produce project estimates- Consult clients on storage needs- Plan/Develop Project Strategies to provide a bespoke experience for all of my clients needs (commercial and residential).- On-Site strategic management of crews to maximize efficient and effectiveness - Inventory Management. Describe household goodsand fine art at a high level of competency (digital form and written form) Photograph property as requested- Assess luxury furniture and fine art and produce condition reports- Plan and execute international moves- Consult clients on luxury household/fine art packaging and guide them to the best means of transport- Utilize my network to connect clients with professionals that can assist with needs outside of my expertise.- Account Management for high net worth individuals, interior designers, art dealers, and other individuals that have moving and warehousing needs. - Assist with final invoice explanations- Assist with compliance projects- Assist with hiring warehouseman - Assist with logistical planning and dispatching- Assist with warehouse management - Assist with office hiring, recruiting, and on boarding.- Assist with implementing new office technology and software- Assist with building maintenance- Assist with managing crews and team members- Assist with research and development- Assist with competitor analyst- Assist with monthly sales reports- Assist with sales forecasts
