Vice President, Worldwide Omni-Channel Capabilities
CurrentDevelop and lead BMS’s worldwide omni-channel vision and integration. Responsible for building this critical capability from the ground up, positioning the entire organization as an industry leader, leveraging data and analytics to bolster customer engagement, commercial execution, and brand performance. Lead a global department of 6 teams: Engagement Data & Campaign Management, Content Excellence, Global Digital Platforms, Omni-Channel Operations, Field Force Effectiveness and Emerging Capabilities. Lead and continually evolve the omni-channel platform strategy for BMS and the creation, socialization and onboarding of operating models, capability roadmaps, which includes Medical, Legal, and Regulatory processes.
