•Supported the Jacksonville AOL Service Center in the roles of Windows/Server Administration, Server/Router Hardware Maintenance, Warranty Hardware Maintenance, •Active Directory 2000 administration, Siemens PBX administration, ROLM Voice Mail administration, System Backups & Maintenance, Application Deployment and Support.•Acted as Technical Manager in his absence.•Responsible for maintaining and controlling inventory of over 2000 lines of equipment. •Administration of SIEMENS HICOM 300 H PBX Switch. Handled Creations, Moves, Modifications and Removals of Siemens’ Phone extensions. •Assisted in the relocation of the Jacksonville Service Center. Installed and tested SpectraLink wireless phone system. Integrated the SpectraLink system into the Siemens PBX. •Installed, removed and made basic configuration changes to Foundry, Cisco type routers & switches.•Setup network servers, configured to company policy, installed & QA’d prior to joining Active Directory Domain.•Evaluated and supported AOL’s North Virginia Desktop Support Team. Reduced trouble tickets by as much as 87%.•Administered and maintained a Windows 2003 Biscom FAXCOM fax server. This server received over 2000 faxes daily. Convinced IT Director to expand server operations and move operations to the AOL Tech Center in Virginia. Over saw transfer operations and successfully deactivated FAXCOM operations in Jacksonville.•Created proposal for incorporating the SpectraLink wireless phone system in all domestic service centers. Proposal was accepted and modified to include Avaya VOIP failover and call transfer. •Selected to participate on a Task Force to audit IT Call Center Operations•Worked with Training Department to create and implement a more effective IT Training brief to all new consultants. •Selected to attend Call Center Technical Operations Symposium. Recognized by Sr. Technical Director of Call Center Technology for contribution to the event.
