1.Design and implement all eHR Information System based on HR needs,to improve operation efficiency. 2.Responsible for all eHR system request collection and analysis and coordinate with IT & third party to realize them. 3.Coordinate with HR colleagues in eHR system development. 4.Analyze current system status and propose optimization method and to realize it. 5.Responsible for HRIS Access Matrix developmnet and update to make sure to meet information secruity, law requirement and organization change needs. 6.Coordinate with other dept. to make sure eHR system running smoothly and in-line with eHR policy 7.Audit eHR system to make sure data accuracy. 8.Coordiate with each stake holder and make sure eHR process are up to date and aligned with the setting and configuration of the systems. 9.Consolidate and present monthly reports and others.reports as evessary.

Ensuring effective training and development for all personnel. Review and analyze training needs with Department Heads.6.Be responsible to prepare an annual budget and mid-term plan.7.Drive the annual performance appraisal policy and process.8.HR systems implementation or maintenance, including Attendance System & Vantop (HR Payroll System).
