Role Overview/Purpose:•Ownership of specific areas of the Trading product including key jurisdictions, signature products, content, primary markets and other trading facing and customer facing items•Periodic and ad hoc analysis and reporting to track and investigate performance and inform future strategy. • Developing strong working relations with internal stakeholders, B2B partners & third party vendors.•Understanding distinct segment personas, drivers of performance, behavioral attributes, pain points and customer journeys and use of evidence to demonstrate customer needs.•Ownership of teams best practices handbook ensuring process efficiencies and consistency across all BAU tasks.•Acting authority on all Trading related regulatory (IBAS) disputes.• Liaising with PR teams of both brands, keeping them up to date with all things football.• Content optimisation of the PPB football product.•Representing the PPB Trading desk in strategy and planning meetings with stakeholders from Online and Retail commercial & development teams.•Developing and mentoring of Trading Executives.•Co-ordination of competitor and market activity monitoring and continuously assessing of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the PPB Trading product.•Chairing of monthly Risk & Trading innovation meetings.•Costing of onsite and acquisition promotions for Online and Retail stakeholders.•Effective risk management through real time bet monitoring, bet clearance, stake factoring and liability awareness.

Role Overview/Purpose:•Work with the Senior Trader and In Play Team leads to ensure all standards are met in relation to the risk function in terms of product, pricing & risk management.•Trading and pricing of the risk product to ensure optimisation of revenue for the PPB group and the highest standards of risk management.•Assembling accurate and strategic daily content schedules to ensure the most efficient use of resources and optimal event coverage for the PPB group as well as B2B.•Ownership of our largest secondary market group ‘Corners & Cards’ through real time tracking and ensuring insightful reporting was carried out to the required standards.•Assisting in the incorporation of risk functions in to the trading team while executing real time risk tasks - bet clearance, bet monitoring, liability management, real time reporting.•Accurate and informed customer stake factoring with the entire PPB Sportsbook in mind.•Assume ownership of betting integrity issues.•Training and mentoring of new starters to the risk team.•Build relationships with the other key stake holders across the Risk & Trading floor to ensure best methods of work are implemented.•Collaboration with all other key business stakeholders to improve the PPB risk product.
