Responsible for leading a large globally distributed analytics business unit dedicated to applying advanced analytics to Intermedix clients and internal operations. Within the unit, responsible for new product development, cultivation of existing products, establishment of robust analytics capabilities and culture, strategic direction, organizational development, and crafting enterprise-wide analytics vision.

Responsible for leading the development of the company strategy, including the conceptualization and formulation of strategic initiatives that further the mission of Intermedix. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and measuring the execution of the strategic plan and leading the company innovation agenda, to include formulating solutions with existing assets, as well as identifying new products and partnership opportunities that fit the immediate and emerging needs of our markets.

Joined WPC Healthcare (then WPC Services) as a senior vice president in January of 2012 and inherited a struggling professional services organization that consisted of 65+ people. Shortly after joining, was promoted to assume responsibility for the entire business unit. Upon doing so, built a long-term strategy for the business and executed a turnaround, pivot, and relaunch of the company. Highlights include:• Created and executed a turnaround plan that resulted in 400% revenue growth in three years• As part of the turnaround, invested in building deep data science capabilities• Led an all-encompassing, full-scale rebranding of the company including a new name, logo, messaging, etc.• Used growing revenue stream to pivot the company from a professional services to a SaaS based predictive analytics platform• Orchestrated management buyout from parent company, assumed chairman role of the now independent company • Built a clinical decision support platform, Condition Awareness, to predict the likelihood of a given disease or condition at the point of admission to an acute care facility• Sold the company at a valuation increase of over 350% (not including earnouts) relative to the valuation at the time of the management buyout eighteen months earlier
