Maintenance Lead For Us Onshore

Statoil/Equinor/Grayson Mill Energy

As an expert in Maintenance operations, I supervised a workforce totaling over 60 personnel. This included all aspects of mechanical, electrical, compression, and measurement equipment, including maintenance strategy development, management system efficiencies, communication, and contract negotiations. I see value in utilizing a team-based approach to foster collaboration, schedule alignment, and scope of work. I believe in cross-departmental cooperation as necessary to streamline communications and promote maximum value creation and transparency for maintenance initiatives. I also have an active role in vendor and contractor management, monitoring performance, billing, and material pricing to ensure optimum service and competitiveness. In addition, I monitor, review, and approve expenditures and invoices related to Lease Operating Expenses (LOE) to identify any potential cost reduction opportunities. Finally, I lead the creation and implementation of maintenance-related processes, such as MOC, SOPs, and JSAs. I am ultimately focused on prioritizing continuous process improvements and a culture engaged in safe working practices. This is evidenced in the results of inspections and integrity reviews. I also capitalize on the opportunity to analyze intervals, minimize inspection expenses, and address threats to asset integrity, while maximizing equipment reliability.I have achieved the following accomplishments as a result of my ambition and expertise in the field:• Applied Lean Manufacturing methodologies to enhance maintenance processes, improve team collaboration, and meet compliance targets while maintaining cost reductions and avoidances, leading to a 43% decrease in maintenance expenses in the past 2 years for the Bakken operation in North Dakota.• Selected to represent the business line for a multi-discipline project team, tasked with transitioning Equinor's Requisition to Pay (R2P) process from a local model, OpenInvoice, to a global process (SAP).
