Be responsible within BI project of Microsft.-Hold daily meeting for status synchronization, confirming requirement and discussing issues.-Design/develop the ETL workflow and finish the development on SSIS, which has 10 different kinds of data sources (America, Europe, and Asia) with data on TB level. -Design/develop the cube, also supply a reasonable solution for both cube processing and synchronization for global customers.-Optimize cube/ETL performance with aggregations and structure improving according to the global customers’ pivots. -Provide solution for most bugs and hotfixs.-Control the progress, assign tasks and review code.-Documentation (code standard, workflow standard and so on).

Be responsible for the ETL of Siemens Sales BI Reporting Platform.-Develop ETL, complete Siemens core business data processing with more than 10 kinds of SSIS comments(cycle, scripts, data flow and so on)-Develop customized features which contain access automatically generated, access uploaded to MOSS.-Develop DailyFrozen, MonthlyFrozen and YearFrozen.

Be responsible within the ETL, OLAP and customer training.-Develop the audit database structure according to the local tax database structure and reporting to the National Audit Office. -Design and develop the data acquisition programming by using of SSIS.-Develop both logical and Physical model for the data warehouse, build OLAP, establishment of multi-dimensional database for reporting and data mining. -On-site communicate with clients, analysis their requirement.-Customer training.
