Responsible for mentoring and overseeing coaches within the role of Technical Director for Montclair Soccer Club (MSC) as well as coach education within MSC and CVSC. Managing admission of prospective students and maintaining relationships with college alumni. Organising and running multiple annual residential learning experiences in the UK and abroad.

Screening and interviewing applicants for the summer camp counsellor programme and assisting in determining the appropriate summer camp placement of staff. Guided applicants through the online application and placement process, US visa application, orientation and medical insurance. Training, mentoring and assessing trainee interviewers.

Joined the staff as Head Soccer Coach in 2005, before graduating to Athletic Director in 2006 to manage all camp sporting activities. Promoted to Head Counsellor in 2007 and oversaw the entire boys’ camp and associated sport and recreational programmes. In 2011, became Director of Operations and was responsible for the overall logistical functioning of the residential summer camp for boys and girls aged 6-16, with over 250 campers and 80 members of staff with an annual turnover in excess of $1m. Oversaw the organisation of all programs and activity areas and developed innovative activity delivery through management of staff, resources and systems. Managed ACA accreditation, payroll, tax and social security information and internal accounts and budgeting. Oversaw daily program schedule and staff timetables.

Oversaw the entire MPS Academy business consisting of residential and day camps across the state of Massachusetts, with an annual turnover of over $750,000. Managed all Academy office staff and coaches. Managed program budgeting, financing, marketing, scheduling and associated management systems. Recruited new Academy coaches and staff and implemented and developed the Academy curricula through innovative coaching practices and sports science methods. Fulfilled several coaching roles within the Premier and School of Excellence Programs at the club from U9-U18 age groups. Head Coach of U14 and U15 Premier Boys and U13 and U18 Premier Girls (National Champions).

Sports development and public relations work within the sports industry. Generated income for, and raised the profile of YST through liaison with corporate clients and the organisation of events. Grassroots development of youth sport through School Sport Partnerships. in the planning and running of annual Step Into Sport residential sports leadership camps.
