Current duties include administration of the Califronia Teleconnect Fund (CTF) program and USAC's E-Rate and RHCP programs which includes:*Receiving, monitoring, recording, and filing applications and approvals.*Applying credits or issuing checks to customers.*Submitting claims to the programs for reimbursements.*Tracking and recording payments received.*Providing information related to these programs to auditors.*Providing customer service support via phone and email to current and prospective customers, sales reps, customer care reps, and upper management.*Providing data as requested to the CA PUC or USAC.*Attending training sessions provided by the programs.*Monitoring changes in the programs to keep up to date with the latest requirements.Additional duties include various Revenue Assurance tasks such as low level AP duties (Oracle), pro forma review, and various research/review tasks as needed.

Provided mostly data entry and clerical support to TelePacific's Finance department. Also completed various office tasks as needed.

Manned the front desk for various dormitories for USC Housing during the school year and summer. Duties included receiving, completing, assigning, and filing work requests; sorting and delivering mail; touring facilities with prospective students and parents; checking current and prospective students, parents, and visitors in and out; and overseeing new student workers.
