I sold Doors and Windows, and the whole store. If there is a plumbing question I'd be with the customer in Plumbing asking a plumber. If there was a hardware question, I'd be in the Hardware department. I started as a cashier, then spent a year and a half at the Special Services desk doing orders and refunds. I worked in the Hardware Department for six months, and then in the Doors and Windows Milworks and Lumber Department simultaneously for almost two years. The whole store was my responsibility. I was awarded the Gold Living Our Values Award for going above and beyond Customer expectations.
