Responsible for leading the delivery of Supply Nation’s National Certification Program including coordinating administrative systems and processes relevant to the Certification Program, developing risk based audit plans incorporating internal audit, quality audit and corporate compliance audit plans designed to ensure the company’s Certification processes and criteria were compliant with internal and legislative frameworks.Projects include Scoped, designed, implemented, oversaw and managed internal and external risk and compliance associated with the company’s Certification Program and criteria to protect Supply Nations corporate brand and reputation.Responsible for ensuring the Certification Program’s outcomes reflected and met those of funding agreement in place.

Responsible for developing a sustainable and prosperous Indigenous enterprise sector in Australia. Tasked to engage with Indigenous businesses to promote and process applications for Supply Nation’s Indigenous Business Certification Program, an internationally recognised certification as the standard for accrediting businesses that are at least 51 per cent owned by Indigenous Australians, which are managed by Indigenous Australians and controlled by Indigenous Australians.Key duties include undertaking all aspects of certification including receiving and reviewing applications for certification, conducting site visits with applicant businesses, preparing board reports for approval or rejection of certification, handling applications for recertification, on-boarding newly certified businesses and raising the awareness of Supply Nation's certification program amongst the Indigenous business community.

Mandated to oversee the development and implementation of internal risk management systems and consult on risk management and security solutions for external clients.Functional responsibilities encompass strategic security planning, policy development, risk management, project management, compliance auditing, business development, client relationship management, quality assurance, corporate governance and management reporting.Operationally reviewed client risk management practices, proposed changes to risk management to ensure the sustainability of core business practices and played a key role in project-managing implementation of risk management initiatives, including developing bespoke policies, training staff and advising on the procurement of hardware and software.
