This was a medium stream framework and provided the overall modelling solutions in the design and the following construction for schemes to a value from £50k to £15m. As Framework Manager, I was the key contact for YWS management team for the overall programme of works and lead a fully integrated design and construction teams for the partnership. This also involved monthly project reviews with the client on regulatory outputs and expenditure, plus a bi-monthly JV board meeting on the commercial status, progress & programme and future work role-outs. -
