Oversee the engineering practices for an enterprise-wide Intelligent Automation delivery capability, inclusive of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA), Human in the Loop solutions, and process mining. Lead a global team responsible for the production support of several of Allstate's major applications, including Propagator and Alliance (an Allstate agent application). Alliance is a web based Java application that facilitates the sale of Allstate's personal Property lines, such as Homeowners, Renters and Manufactured Homes.These teams are supported by 80-90 people. To assist me, I have five managers who report directly. These teams are spread over four primary locations; Chicago, Belfast, Londonderry/Derry and Bangalore.I am also responsible locally for the rest of our delivery centre in Northern Ireland at a Senior Manager level. Supporting talent acquisition and other admin functions. This group is sized at a further 50 people. As part of leading this team I help to restructure the area to enable us to become a more efficient global team, using human capital planning to benefit our organisation with more detailed resourcing plans. I also devise and implement strategies to improve the quality of our code base to enhance the policy holders satisfaction, and reduce system outages - ultimately driving increase profitability.As part of this role I leverage relationships built while be based in Chicago for 2015. This experience exposed me to different management styles and helped me become a better global manager.

The team is approximately 70 people, split between experienced two managers (with junior managers reporting to them), and is spread over 3 locations; Chicago, Belfast, and Bangalore. As part of leading this team I help to restructure the area to enable us to become a more efficient global team. As I also devise and implement strategies to improve the quality of our code base to enhance the policy holders satisfaction, and reduce system outages.As part of this role I will be based in Chicago for considerable time, exposing me to different management styles and helping me become a better global manager.

Managing a global team responsible for the product support of Propagator (a Mainframe application).The team is approximately 18-22 people spread over 4 locations; Chicago, Belfast, Londonderry and Mumbai.As part of leading this team I help to devise and implement strategies to improve the quality of our code base to enhance the policy holders satisfaction.During my time on the Propagator team, with the help of my staff, we managed to reduce are defect inventory by 90%. During this time we also reduced the staffing for the team by over a third and increased productivity considerably.

Worked in Technology for 5 years on various teams including helping to transition 3 teams to Allstate NI, before worked on improving the quality of testing on the Testing Planning Team and helping build Test Centre of Excellence in Belfast.
