The Associate Director of E9-1-1 is responsible for the implementing, supervising , and maintaining an Enhanced 9-1-1 Emergency Telephone System on a statewide basis. He is responsiuble for establishing personnel policies and procedures, a department manual, accepted practices of management and for specific supervisory directives. He is also required to keep abreast of changes in regulations, laws and procedures relating to best work practices.Specialties: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with municipalities, vendors, government agencies and teleco organizations. Able to conduct systems analysis and evaluate operational and technical processes and procedures.
