A very much 'hands on' person, never afraid to get my sleeves rolled up and get the job done!Industrious with a 'can do' attitude, I have many years experience of building and managing the building of precision grinding machines and managing the workforce associated with achieving the delivery of quality products on time and to budget.Implementing continuous improvements along the way whilst forging a good working relationship with the shop floor team, a sense of humor goes a long way!Ideal position?I managed a business 'Turn around' for a failing company in the past which was very satisfying and would welcome the opportunity to help another company. Or I would very much like to share my experience by maybe heading up a 'in house' rebuilding department and having the chance to pass on the experience that I have gained to a new generation of rebuilding engineers!This should make a lot of sense to any business with a bunch of tired machines??
