- 主要职责Main responsibility: 管理智能POS硬件研发项目部,负责海外ODM客户产品的研发(从设计到MP),管理硬件产品的量产交付Manage the Smart POS Hardware R&D program department, master the overseas customer ODM products development(from design to MP), handle the all massive production delivery.- 服务的客户Served customers:Godaddy Payment / Miura system / Elo / Gertec.- 工作内容介绍:Main Job description:1.精通智能POS硬件研发的全生命周期流程,掌握产品定义过程/工业设计&硬件&结构设计/法规(如FCC,CE,UL etc.)和金融认证体系(如PCI,EMVco,TQM,Commonsecc)/工厂NPI导入全过程,并能通过英文与客户进行细节交流.Professional in smart POS hardware development PLM process. Master the knowledges about Product definition / ID&HW&MD process/ Regulation(like FCC,CE,UL etc.)) & Payment compliance (like PCI, EMVco, TQM, Commonsecc ) of POS products / NPI process at OEM line. Meanwhile, fluently communicating with overseas customers above knowledges.2.带领硬件研发团队完成重点海外ODM客户深度的定制POS产品从Design/EVT/DVT/PVT/MP 的研发和交付,包括双屏,桌面,手持产品等.Lead the R&D team develop and deliver products like Dual-screen, Desk, Portal etc. for important overseas ODM customers by experiencing full flow phases Design/EVT/DVT/PVT/MP.3. 管理公司量产硬件交付项目团队,完善交付流程和确保量产交付过程和结果Manage the HW delivery program team, optimize the delivery procedure and ensure the delivery process&results4.管理公司新产品研发研发PMO,确保PMO成员顺利完成新产品和客户定制产品研发Manage the HW PMO, guarantee the successful rolling out of new products and customized products.
