In those 25 years, I have managed Class A building office space, manufacturing space, R&D space, corporate headquarters, and remote field offices. I have developed the tools necessary for success for not only myself but my team as well. Prior to my employment with Cox Enterprises, I was the Facilities Manager for market leaders in Tech, Banking, Finance, and Law. I began my employment at Cox Enterprises in April 2017. I am the Facilities Operations Manager for the Irvine, CA, and Phoenix, AZ offices of Cox Automotive. In that time, I've managed a growing portfolio of office space, managed vacant buildings during a pandemic, and consolidated my real estate portfolio due to the changing conditions brought on by hybrid work styles. Each of these challenges has brought about change in the modern workplace. My primary responsibilities have been: • Managing a hybrid work office environment with reservable cubicles, office, and meeting spaces • Managing office headcount of over 500 employees• Physical management of Real Estate and Facilities space in Irvine and related issues. • Vendor relationship management. • I pride myself as well as my team on professional presentation and communication.I am a certified facility manager and past member of the Board of Directors for the Orange County chapter of IFMA International Facilities Management Association.
