In charge of Trust Lab's Measurement & Consulting division, working with clients across the globe to measure and improve their ability to detect badness on their platforms.

Worked with various companies, from non-profit organizations to Fortune 500 companies, to provide consultation and guidance on Trust & Safety issues. Advised on issues from how to define roles and responsibilities with stakeholder teams to how to implement and utilize new signals for surfacing fraudulent/non-compliant behavior.

Lead global team of 30+ employees and 2000+ vendors in monitoring the Play Store for policy compliance. Lead teams through implementation of success metrics and org shifts to increase efficiencies.Responsible for escalating decisions to executives and mediating the decision process as well as representing our decisions to both internal and external stakeholders.

Initially lead the North American team. Took over managing the global team in 2017. Promoted to Director in April 2018.Responsible for monitoring the compliance of the Google Display Network. Lead the team through multiple iterations of calculating success metrics to ensure we were accurately determining the compliance of the ecosystem.

Grew team from 2 employees supporting Android Market in English to 30 employees and 200+ vendors supporting rebranded Google Play, including Apps, Books, Devices, Hardware, Magazines, Movies, and Music across 7 languages.Launched and grew our outsourced operations from 0-500 vendors over the course of 2 years.Implemented and refined our CSAT and other success metrics.

Transitioned a team from Thornton CO to Mountain View CA while maintaining all core business metrics despite a 50% loss in headcount.Lead multiple initiatives to scale our business including the growth of our Self Help Center and a Certification initiative that allows our customers to do production work on their own.Lead hiring initiatives responsible for growing the entire Rich Media team by 16%.Designed and implemented the Creative Technical Account Manager Program to provide account management to Creative Agencies; credited with increasing business by $2M in the first quarter after rollout.

Lead the support of five Google Products: Blogger, Friend Connect, Groups, Reader and Sites.Reduced the number manual emails necessary to correspond with customers from 5000/month to 0 via automation initiatives and 1:many help models.Performed analyses of competitors on both product and support and provided actionable insights to development teams.

Lead a team of nine Support Engineers in the development of tools and processes to combat ‘click spam’ on the AdWords and AdSense networks.Reduced the payout to ‘spammers’ by over 30%.Lead hiring efforts for the AdSpam team, including overseas hiring in Dublin, Ireland; grew the team by 33%.

Provided technical support to AdSense publishers including optimization tips that resulted in a 2.5% revenue increase for at least 10 publishers.Developed and contributed to training classes to increase knowledge of the AdSense product for technically un-savvy Coordinators.
