He is accountable for end to end implementation and delivery for Clinical and Revenue development platforms. • Overall accountability for implementation of acute EMRs inclusive of clinical and revenue applications for Dignity Health enterprise encompassing markets in California, Nevada and Arizona. • Directed activities of seven program directors for implementation of clinical, revenue, infrastructure, integration (HL7), QACC Testing, training, activation and facility launch. Facility system deployment required integration with imaging, cardiology, OR, lab, clinical technology, mobile devices (Mobile Md), other hospital based systems and external reporting agencies. • In 14 months, successful on time deployment to seven hospitals of multiple vendor solutions: Cerner implementations with CPOE adoption rates in excess of 80% to 85% and Meditech advanced clinical implementations. • Built trusted relationships and executive engagements with hospital presidents, corporate executives, physicians, and IT leadership for delivery of program. • Redesigned program execution inclusive of strategy, engagement, build, validation, testing and go live creating program transparency to system executives, hospital executives and IT Leadership. • Collaborated with multiple stakeholders: clinical improvement, CMIO, revenue services, clinical integration and vendors to continually improve approach to streamline efficiencies. • Delivered value within large, highly matrixed organizations through targeted execution, building of strong leaders and teams.

Developed an ACO/Clinical Integration program to align affiliated physicians with Providence hospitals. Key components include HIE, EMPI, quality reporting, EMR, EMR data interchange and patient/provider portal. Defined ARRA strategy for California region to be eligible for $30 M from federal government for achieving Meaningful Use for hospitals and physician foundation. Participation in integration activities of Children’s Hospital LA alliance with Providence hospital, e.g hospital within a hospital. • Demonstrated leadership by developing five tiered physician engagement model for Providence physicians, large groups, medium/ small groups, remote access and RHIO. This allows PH&S to function as a health information hub providing information for continuum of care. • Implemented ambulatory laboratory outreach program to expand existing lab services baselined at $13M annually. This required partnering and developing with independent national laboratory system (PAML) for collaboration and integration with existing medical center laboratory services. This lab outreach program is projected to increase annual revenue by 25% to 50%. • Managed build out of award winning Disney Family Cancer Center. Key tasks required integration of building management, EMR systems complex RFID processing and process work flow design. This facility was awarded the” Most Innovative Usage of RFID“ by RFID Journal in 2010.
