Leading Bibit's KOL Team to plan and execute influencers initiatives to promote Bibit's service and features, while managing our Brand Ambassadors activities with the brand.Responsibilities included but not limited to:- Strategising campaigns from the approach, content, and KOL type to cater the audience’s needs and ultimately convince them to invest in Bibit- Planning and overviewing KOL budget to ensure we get the maximum reach and achieving company’s goals whilst maintaining maximum cost effectivity- Supervising the KOL selection in order to achieve highest possible reach and engagement with maximum cost effectivity- Planning and supervising Bibit's KOL monthly and ad hoc campaign plans which aimed to promote our core features- Initiating, creating the mechanism, and monitoring Bibit’s own affiliate program- Improving the internal work system to ensure effective workflow and work division inside the KOL team- Monitoring all KOLs' promotional content to ensure it's in accordance with the brief- Establishing new KOL connection with Bibit in order to increase our market reachNotable projects:- Bibit Syariah ads with Rhoma Irama
