Use VERTEX, AutoCAD, PDMS, Solid Edge etc. software. Finish every project privately from sales quotation to contract finished. Take charge of Steering Gear and rudder sale support and application for sales man and contract management. Technical support for commissioning working for frequency control pump steering gear and rudder in shipyard. Produce steering gear drawings and documents for approval for customers and Classification, manufacturing, working drawings and manual complies with contract and specification. Especially make the steering gear mechanical parts strength calculation and drawings by NX UG software, make hydraulic piping system calculation and hydraulic power pack design for steering gear, make rudder mechanical parts strength calculation and drawings by NX UG. Make electric control system design, especially in frequency control steering gear control system design and drawings making. Produce the whole package production drawings including introduction, mechanical drawings, hydraulic drawings, electric drawings to the customers. Optimize the product based on contract, classification requirement and cost. 3. Monitor & act on generic quality and non - conformity issues, and participate in improvement programs. Interact with class, yards, owners, CM, OU, supply chain etc., affecting the competitiveness of the product family. Public relation – product information / marketing internal / external. Carry out duties in line with HS & E procedures.

Take charge of GMG A801 AHTS, machinery & piping system definition and layout definition, HVAC system and layout definition, equipment definition by using AutoCAD, PDMS, CADMATIC. Take charge of P801 OSRV concept design, including general arrangement, machinery & piping system definition and layout definition, HVAC system and layout definition, equipment definition. Take charge of Ulstein Standard Vessel concept design, including general arrangement and machinery & piping system definition. Also during the time in Ulstein China, make several FMEA(Failure Mode & Effect Analysis )reports to the Chinese shipyard and ship owner for OSV. All the design and engineering working are praised by ship owners, shipyard & classifications. During the time in Ulstein China, support site technical support for COSCO Nantong shipyard & Sinopacific Zhejiang shipbuilding Co., Ltd. , accumulate enough site working experience in shipyard. Make training and working in Ulstein Group in Ulsteinvik, Norway several times. Make good corporation with Norwegian colleagues and familiar with Norwegian culture. Take charge of offshore Semi-submerged platform piping system design & engineering in according with engineers in Norway headquarter. Site technical and supervision in Chinese local supplier’s site (Zhuhai) for semi-submerged platform burner boom construction designed by Norwegian headquarters.
