Fault Management Engineer:*Perform strict monitoring and escalation of nokia 2G, nokia 2100, BROADBAND (Motorola), 850 ericsson HSPA, WIMAX (Motorola) and transmission outages within Service Level Agreement.* Monitor down MUB and IUB for 850 ericsson HSPA for immediate endorsement to Field Operations Engineers.* Perform first line isolation on down IUB of 850 ericsson HSPA.* Perform alarm clearing on ericsson HSPA to improve service quality (e.g. System clock holdover mode alarm, Utrancell_RBSFailure alarm, Utrancell_NbapMEssageFailure alarm) * Perform first line isolation on Faulty Transcoders through Diagnostic Test and provide proper endorsement when diagnostic test resulted to unit not OK.* Provide first line isolation on monitored WCDMA cell out of use/cell faulty alarms on Nokia 3G.* Provide immediate endorsement on monitored down IUR and GB link. * Provide first line isolation on monitored BCF faulty and BTS faulty.* Perform alarm clearing during window time on Nokia 2G (e.g. 7745, 7606, 7743, 7603, 2915 alarms)* Monitor and escalate recurring service affecting alarm for immediate replacement of hardware to greatly improve network performance.* Assist Field Operations Engineer in isolating outages thru site/BSS element status verification.* Monitor and troubleshoot down broadband router and AP’s.* *Provide immediate fault ticket on service affecting support alarms (e.g. Defective genset, defective Air conditioning unit, Defective wirings.)* Request EOD to perform post activity testing to ensure the effectivity of the activity (e.g. ATER expansion, rehoming etc.)* Ensure that during special/big events sites covering were alarm free. Monitoring of site alarms during the event.

CS Core Engineer:* Handles overall O&M tasks in MSCs, GMSCs, MGWs, MSS and HLRs, BSC/RNC and Transmission facilities through maintenance routines, system backup, monitoring, fault isolation, testing, expansion, re-homing and others.* Implement switch work orders (SWO) such as network expansions, digit analysis, routing and integration of new network elements. Relative test calls and/or text are conducted after implementation to confirm SWO’s objective is met.* Does preventive maintenance procedures such as per E1 testing of all interconnections and provides online tools/script for monitoring of network performance.* Perform daily routine to check traffic statistics and computer unit loadings.* Conduct test calls, SMS, WAP and GPRS to ensure connectivity of services offered.* Operate and maintain Nokia Traffica server, a monitoring tool integrated in MSC.* Experience in Commissioning HUAWEI RTN950 Radio Transmission System and HUAWEI BTS3900.• Responsible on alarm handling, fault diagnosis and fault correction of BSC.* Attends to minor and/or major activities such as BSC/BTS rehoming, change deliveries, HW upgrade, Health checks and other things related to network elements. • Responsible for the implementation associated with Transmission Facility Management & Circuit Provisioning in terms of Circuit Authorization Order, & Transmission Modification Orders.• Operations & Maintenance of BSC and Base Transceiver Stations• Installation of cross-connection cables & connectors for BTS, Leased Lines and conduct end-to-end, loop back testing, & BER testing.• Performs quarterly BSC Healthcheck & provide isolation to diagnose faulty units, to ensure 100% performance of BSC plug-ins & computer units.• Comprehensive knowledge on DDF wiring and Krone block's arrangement used by different vendors.• Perform BTS cutover from BSC to New BSC• Perform BSC cutover from old MSC to New MSC.
