CurrentWith almost ten years’ success within the organization, I was promoted to scale and lead a team of six to fifteen nationwide virtual pre-sales engineers across multiple verticals. Reporting to senior management, I oversee requirements analysis, solution design, project scoping, risk analysis, statements of work, product demos, proof of concept (POC) development, and RFPs for SaaS technologies. I also design and customize software features and enhancements in collaboration with Ricoh Japan Engineering.
