A transformational financial services leader with the ability to create, motivate, and lead high performing and engaged teams. I have been in banking for approximately 17 years. I started as a teller and worked my way up to a branch manager, where I found my passion for coaching and leading others. Being able to motivate and teach somebody a new skill, and then watch it grow into a behavior that leads to success is one of the most rewarding feelings a manager can have. I then discovered the joys of leading a larger group, such as hosting banker meetings, and other districtwide meetings. My passion is and always will be people. I am constantly searching for ways to connect with others. I believe everything we do, whether it be successful or a failure is a choice. I believe choice is what separates those who do great things and those who do not. We all know there is a way to achieve our dreams. The question is who is willing to make the choice to put in the hard work, and the extra effort to make it happen. I choose to stay on the path of connecting with people, and leading and coaching others. And I look forward to what the future will bring. What will you choose?
