Research professional with 20+ years of experience leading the research, evaluation, and analysis of the education programs implemented by organizations in the education (K-16), youth development, and community development sectors. I have worked multiple stakeholders in the planning and execution of strategies for outreach programs, strategic partnership development, and technical support programs for with K12 schools, higher education institutions, industry, and community partners.In my current work as a senior program officer in the Research, Evaluation, and Learning department at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, I partner with grantees who conduct applied research examining different program investments designed to promote the foundation's vision for health and racial equity in the U.S.. In my role, I also collaborate with consultants and colleagues to translate research findings to support learning as well as to inform program strategy.
